Our Process and your Need

At every stage in the process we record and feedback our progression to ensure transparency, & consistency.

1. Sourcing the right candidate

We explore to reach the best candidate through different channels. These include advertising in local and regional press on agreement, our comprehensive database of candidates which we store and search using a new and highly powerful search facility, word of mouth and network of contacts built over the years within the Gulf. 

 
2. Candidate Screening

We carry out a comprehensive screening process with every candidate we select.
We ensure to meet all the candidates before they meet you, we will conduct a through step-by-step interviewing process which may include:

  • Telephonic Interviews
  • Face-to Face Interviews
  • Competency based Analysis
  • Behaviour and Performance based Analysis
3. Shortlist

We would provide you with the best fit candidates as per your specification and job description. These candidates will be presented to you with a current CV, along with a detailed profile which will include an appraisal and other achieved developments of that individual.

4. Reference Checks

We would secure references on your behalf for candidates that you have selected. We conduct a formal reference check that ensures accurate information from previous employers, we can do this via phone or even secure written references according to your preference.

5. Psychometrics

We have certified Thomas International psychometric assessors in-house who are able to conduct psychometric assessments on your behalf, from personality profiling, to ability testing, and even building an ideal personality profile for your organization.

6. Follow up

We look forward towards the end where this is not the only placement we would provide to you! We make sure that we are available for open discussion taking your input in regards to the placement we provided.
